DreamLocs Shipping Policy
Order Processing All DreamLocs bundle orders require a processing period before shipment. Please allow time for your order to be prepared and packaged.
Shipping Timeframe Once your order has been processed and shipped, may take approximately 14–18 business days to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. it may also come way sooner.
Shipping Confirmation Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
Delays Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. DreamLocs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped.
Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. DreamLocs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages DreamLocs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve these issues.
